Dulce Orden · Bright Trail Studio

Privacy policy

Updated 9 October 2026

Play offline, without an account and without accepting analytics. You choose whether to help us improve the game.

1. Who is responsible

The developer and controller of Dulce Orden is Bright Trail Studio. Privacy and support contact: brighttrailgames@gmail.com. This policy covers the Android application Dulce Orden, package com.brighttrailstudio.dulceorden, and this support website.

2. Your progress stays on your device

We store completed levels, best results, your current puzzle, hint balance, local date of the last reward, rewarded chapters, language, sound, music, vibration and motion settings, and your analytics choice locally. This version has no accounts, cloud saves, chat, advertising or in-app purchases. Your saved game is not sent to our servers. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove your local progress.

3. Optional analytics and diagnostics

Only if you accept do we activate Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. They help us understand level difficulty and fix problems. Consent is the legal basis for this optional collection, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Analytics may receive app instance or installation identifiers; app and operating-system versions; device model, language and approximate country or region; app openings and sessions; and game events such as starting or completing levels, moves, playing time, deliveries, hints, retries and undo actions. IP addresses are processed for the connection and to derive approximate geography. We do not request precise location or GPS access.

Crashlytics receives installation identifiers, sessions, technical device and app information, error and crash traces, and recent relevant events for troubleshooting. These data can distinguish an installation; we do not describe them as completely anonymous. We do not add your name, email address, message content or an account identity to these reports.

We do not use advertising identifiers, ad personalization or remarketing. We do not sell data. The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location.

4. Your choice and withdrawal

At first launch you can accept or continue without analytics. Change your choice under Settings → Analytics and diagnostics. Declining does not restrict levels or features. Disabling stops new analytics and reports, resets local Analytics data and requests deletion of unsent crash reports. It does not automatically delete data already sent; contact us to exercise your rights.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Google provides Firebase and Analytics. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under safeguards in Google's applicable terms, such as standard contractual clauses where relevant. See Firebase privacy and security, Google's privacy policy and its data processing terms. We access only the information needed to analyse and maintain this game.

6. Retention

Local progress remains until you clear app data or uninstall. Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months, without resetting the period on new activity; aggregate statistical reports may remain longer. Google states that Crashlytics keeps crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from active and backup systems. Support requests are kept while being handled and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a legal obligation or claim justifies longer retention.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Email brighttrailgames@gmail.com with the subject “Dulce Orden privacy”. No account is required. We will explain the minimum information needed to handle your request; technical identifiers may prevent us from finding an installation using your email alone. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in Spain, the AEPD.

8. Children

The game is not specifically directed at children. Minors must obtain permission from their legal representative where required by local law to consent to optional processing. If you believe a child's data has been collected without necessary permission, contact us to review the matter and request deletion.

9. This website and support email

This website has no analytics, advertising, forms or tracking cookies. Firebase Hosting processes technical data needed to serve and protect the page, such as IP addresses and browser requests. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send so we can respond. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Changes

We will update this page when the game or its processing changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will request a new choice when a change requires renewed consent.

Level and application updates

When the app opens online, it checks a signed level file on Firebase Hosting. This connection transmits the technical data needed to deliver the file, such as the IP address; we do not send your game save or add player identifiers to the request. This check operates independently of optional analytics. Updates are stored on the device and apply on the next launch; an ongoing puzzle keeps its original setup. App code updates use Google Play and its controls. You can continue playing offline.
